A large part of my life is immersed in the business world. Running a successful business is one of the most rewarding challenges in life. The stakes are high and the benefits for those of us willing  to work harder and smarter than the competition is even greater. For me the enjoyment is not the destination, but the journey.  Working with businesses in the greater NY- NJ  area has been a wonderful experience. I get my biggest thrills from helping people succeed at promoting themselves or their companies on the web, in print and through creative advertsing. I am also priviledged to be able to help people to collect payments electronically setting up ways automate the payment process enhancing the path to profitability in a challenging economy. No entrepeneurial goal is complete without a real estate transaction, so I am a Realtor Associate with Salmon Real Estate, in Staten Island, NY where I specialize in commercial real estate, to help my customers with any needs they may have when growing or relocating their business.

I love fine dining and my familiy and I like to try different foods, and combinations which allowed me to create an online restaurant directory call EastCoastCuisine.com where there are almost 200,000 restaurants from Maine to Florida. Recently we added online ordering and “on the cloud” point of sale systems allowing small businesses to use point of sale systems instaed of cash registers as an affordabe and efficient alternative. We also created a general online business directory call BetterBizList.com to promote businesses of all types. We build directories for all industry verticals which enables us to promote companies to market niches of all types.

As you can imagine when you are entrenched in web design and marketing, payment processing, commercial real estate and owning more than 50 websites including online business directories you get to meet and work with quite a few successful companies. I also speak at business advocacy seminars for the Staten Island SCORE chapter, SBDC, NYC Business Solutions, SIBOC and others on internet marketing, social networking, web design and app design to help new businesses to get the right start. I am a member of The Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and am also on the membership commitee.I believe your local chamber of commerce is a great place for commeraderie, business relationships and good ideas. I enjoy membership in the North Shore Rotary of Staten Island, because I benefit from the local community and I love to give back. Through these contacts and business networks, almost anything can be accomplished.

Throughout my life I have been lucky enough to be surrounded by successful business people.  I find them more interesting, more goal oriented and generally more fun to be with than the general public. Business is a full time hobby for me. When I say it’s a hobby it doesn’t mean I’m nonchalant about it. It means I enjoy it more than sports, pass-times and sitting around. I like to keep busy and running a business for me is a real life strategic game. I am addicted to the rollercoaster of challenges tht this creates. The greatest pleasure for me is to fix an unsolvable issue for others. Almost all issues are solvable if a person is willing to do what it takes to get things done.
